FAQ
McLean Laundry Service: questions & answers
Can you handle a large household’s volume?
Comfortably — there’s no upper limit per pickup, and big loads actually make the $35 minimum easy to clear, so pickup and delivery are free.
What do comforters and duvets cost?
Comforters are $19.99, blankets $14.99, and pillows $6.99 — cleaned separately from your wash and fold.
Is fluff and fold different?
No — fluff and fold is simply another name for wash and fold. Same $1.89 per pound either way.
How are wash preferences handled?
Saved on file — detergent, water temperature, fold style, items to hang-dry. Every order follows them.
How fast is turnaround?
Pickups before 1 PM come back the next day; after 1 PM, the day after. Saturday pickups return Monday.
