Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Many customers leave their bag by the door or in a designated spot. Just include any special instructions when you book and we’ll handle the rest.
What if I have a last-minute request?

How do I communicate my laundry preferences?

What happens if something goes wrong?
We stand behind every order. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $35. Free pickup and delivery applies to all orders $35+. Smaller orders are still welcome with a small delivery fee.
How does same-day service work?
Book before 9 AM for a same-day pickup. We return your laundry clean and folded by 6 PM. Call us to confirm availability in your area first.
