How Laundry Pickup Works: questions & answers
Do I have to be home for pickup?
No. Leave your bag at the door, with your concierge or wherever you note when you book.
How do I tell you my preferences?
Add a note when you book, or tell your driver at the first pickup.
What if something isn’t right?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll rewash it, refund it or credit your account.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $35. Smaller orders are accepted with a small delivery fee.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
Pickups before 1 PM come back the next day. After 1 PM, the day after. Pickup and delivery run Monday–Saturday, so Saturday orders return Monday.
