Pickup & Scheduling
How does WashPro work?
Book a pickup online or by phone. Our driver collects your laundry bag from your door, we wash, dry, and fold everything, then return it clean and ready the next day on pickups before 1 PM. You get text updates at each step.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Many customers leave their bag outside the door, on a porch, or in a designated spot. Just add instructions when you book and our driver will follow them.
How do I schedule a pickup?

What time slots are available?
We’re open Monday through Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM. Choose a pickup window when you book, and a 2-hour delivery window for your return.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Book any time before your pickup window. Pickups before 1 PM come back the next day; after 1 PM, the day after.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Just call or text us as soon as possible, ideally at least 2 hours before your pickup window, so we can adjust our schedule.

Cost & Payment
How much does Wash & Fold cost?
Wash & Fold is $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum order. We weigh your bag at pickup and charge only for what you send. Free pickup and delivery is included on orders $35 and up.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, on orders $35 or more. Most customers easily hit the minimum in one regular laundry batch.
Are there hidden fees?
None. The price you see is the price you pay. Detergent, fabric softener, and careful handling are all included.
When do I pay?
Your card is charged after we weigh your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Commercial accounts can arrange invoice billing.
Do repeat pickups cost less?
Yes. Set up a recurring pickup, weekly or every two weeks, and save 5% on every order. Change or cancel anytime.
Cleaning, Care & Quality
What detergent do you use?
We use premium, fabric-safe detergents by default. If you have a preference (scent-free, sensitive skin, or a specific brand), let us know when you book and we’ll use it on your order.
Do you separate my clothes from other customers’?
Absolutely. Every order is tagged and tracked individually. Your items never come into contact with another customer’s laundry from pickup through delivery.
What if I have delicates or special items?
Leave us a note when booking. We separate delicates and give extra attention to special items. When in doubt, call us first.
Will you remember my preferences?
Yes. We save your preferences (detergent, water temperature, fold style, any special handling) after your first order and apply them every time after.
What if something goes wrong?
We stand behind every order. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right: rewash, refund, or credit.
Can you clean comforters and bedding?
Yes. Our large-capacity machines handle oversized items that don’t fit in home washers. Comforters are $19.99, blankets $14.99, and pillows $6.99 per item.

Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We serve Airbnb hosts, restaurants, salons, gyms, medical offices, and more across Northern Virginia and Maryland. Commercial clients get custom pricing, recurring pickup schedules, and a dedicated account contact.
How does commercial pricing work?
Commercial pricing is customized based on your volume, frequency, and service type. Request a quote tailored to your business.
