FAQ
Falls Church Laundry Service: questions & answers
Do you serve the city proper and the Fairfax County parts?
Both. City of Falls Church addresses and the county neighborhoods that carry a Falls Church address are all on the same route with the same pricing.
What is the cost structure?
Simple: $1.89/lb for wash and fold, $35 minimum, free pickup and delivery at that minimum. Comforters are a flat $19.99 per piece; blankets are $14.99 and pillows $6.99.
Can I schedule around the Metro commute?
Yes. Leave your bag out before you head to the train. We’re open Monday–Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM.
How do you handle preferences like hang-dry or specific detergent?
Set them once in your booking notes and they are saved to your account. Every future order follows the same instructions unless you change them.

Next day on pickups before 1 PM, the day after on later pickups, and Monday for Saturday pickups.
Do you take fluff and fold orders too?
