FAQ
Bethesda Laundry Service: questions & answers
Do you offer a regular weekly pickup?
Yes, and Bethesda is where recurring service is most popular. Pick a standing day — say, every Tuesday — and our driver comes automatically. Skip or reschedule any week by text.
Can you wash with fragrance-free or sensitive-skin detergent?
Absolutely. Note it once in your preferences and every future order follows it. We stock free-and-clear options and can skip fabric softener or dryer sheets on request.
How much should I expect to pay?
Wash and fold runs $1.89/lb with a $35 minimum, which is roughly one large family load. Comforters are $19.99 per piece, blankets $14.99, and pillows $6.99.
When will my laundry come back?
Next day as standard. Saturday pickups return Monday.
Do you serve apartment buildings with package rooms?
Yes. Tell us the building procedure in your booking notes — front desk, package room, or door — and we follow it for both pickup and delivery.
Is fluff and fold the same as wash and fold?
Yes — fluff and fold is simply another name for the same service. Whichever term you use, your Bethesda laundry comes back washed, dried, and folded drawer-ready at $1.89/lb.
