Laundry Pickup And Delivery Service: questions & answers
Do I have to be home for pickup?
No. Leave your bag at the door, with your concierge or wherever you note when you book.
When is pickup and delivery free?
On orders of $35 or more. Smaller orders have a small delivery fee.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
Pickups before 1 PM come back the next day. After 1 PM, the day after. Pickup and delivery run Monday–Saturday, so Saturday orders return Monday.
How is my order weighed and charged?
We weigh your laundry after pickup. Your card on file is charged after weighing, at $1.89/lb with a $35 minimum.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Call or text (240) 551-9789, ideally at least 2 hours before your pickup.
What if something isn’t right?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll rewash it, refund it or credit your account.
Are you open on holidays?
We’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Orders before 1 PM the day before a holiday come back the day after it.
