FAQ
Arlington Laundry Service: questions & answers
My building has a concierge. How does pickup work?
Perfectly — most of our Arlington pickups are concierge handoffs. Leave your bag at the front desk, note the building name and desk instructions when you book, and we take it from there. Delivery works the same way in reverse.
Can you pick up near the Metro during rush hour?
Yes. Leave your bag out before you head out. We’re open Monday–Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM, and you get a text when it’s collected. Your confirmation text gives you a pickup window so you know exactly when to expect us.

Do you handle gym and activewear separately?
