What does a pickup cost?
Wash and fold is $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum, and detergent and fabric softener are included. Pickup and delivery are free on every order of $35 or more.
Can I get it back the same day?
Yes — schedule before 10 AM Eastern and choose Same-Day Express at $2.79 per pound. Otherwise next-day delivery is standard.
What if I am not home?
Leave your bag at the door, with a concierge, or in a spot you tell us about in the notes. We text when we pick up and when we deliver.
