How laundry pickup works, in five steps
If you have never used a pickup service, the whole thing can feel opaque. Here is exactly how laundry pickup works with WashPro, from the two-minute booking to the bag landing back on your doorstep.

Step 1 — Book a window
On the booking page you pick a pickup date and a time window. No account, no app. You get an email confirmation and, on the day, a text when the driver is en route.
Step 2 — Bag it
Any bag works: a trash bag, a hamper liner, a tote. Put everything you want washed in it. Note special requests (cold wash, hang-dry, hypoallergenic detergent) in the booking. Dry-clean-only items should stay out — we will set them aside if they slip in.
Step 3 — Leave it out (or hand it over)
You do not need to be home. Leave the bag at the door, in a lobby, or with a concierge, and tell us where. Drivers photograph the pickup so you have a record.
Step 4 — We weigh, wash, dry, fold
Your bag is weighed at our facility — that weight sets the price at $1.89 per pound (minimum $35). It is washed on its own, dried, and hand folded. Bedding is counted per item.
Step 5 — Delivered next day
Standard turnaround is next day; Same-Day Express is available at $2.79 per pound if you book before 10 AM Eastern. You get a text at delivery, and pickup and delivery are free on any order of $35 or more.
Common questions about how laundry pickup works
- Is my laundry mixed with other people’s? Never — every order is a separate load.
- What if the weight is under the minimum? The order is billed at $35; add a blanket or towels to make it count.
- Can I set a recurring pickup? Yes, weekly or bi-weekly.
