FAQ
Potomac Laundry Service: questions & answers
Can you take king comforters and big duvets?
Yes — that’s the point of commercial machines. Comforters are $19.99, blankets $14.99, pillows $6.99, alongside wash and fold at $1.89 per pound.
Is fluff and fold the same service?
It is — two names for the same wash. Either way it’s $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum, and the minimum makes pickup and delivery free.
How are preferences handled for delicate items?
Your instructions live on file — detergent, temperature, air-dry lists, fold style — and every order follows them. True dry-clean-only pieces should still see a dry cleaner.
How fast is turnaround?
Pickups before 1 PM come back the next day; after 1 PM, the day after. Saturday pickups return Monday.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No — most customers leave the bag at the door or with staff. Texts confirm pickup and delivery both ways.
