Uniform rental companies charge per garment, per week, whether the shirt was worn or not, and lock you into multi-year contracts. Our uniform laundry service is the simpler alternative: you buy the uniforms you want, we wash what you actually send by the pound, and everything comes back folded in a labeled bundle per employee. Add or remove staff any time — the rate follows your volume.
We serve restaurants, cafes, dental and medical practices, salons, gyms, auto shops, cleaning companies, landscapers, delivery fleets and retail stores across Northern Virginia and Maryland. Polos, button-downs, scrubs, aprons, chef coats, coveralls, hi-vis vests and jackets are all machine-washed wash-and-fold; we do not press, iron or dry-clean.

How the weekly uniform cycle works

Fill out the short form or call us. We ask about your uniform count and staff size, weekly volume and pickup days, then call back within 30 minutes during business hours.
Get your plan & rate
You receive a custom per-pound rate, a recurring pickup schedule and a dedicated account manager. Most accounts are onboarded in under 24 hours.
Recurring pickup & delivery
Our driver collects on your schedule, Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Pricing for teams. Our retail rate is $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum. Uniform laundry service accounts are priced below that based on weekly volume and pickup frequency — a five-person cafe crew and a forty-person cleaning company get different rates. There is no per-garment charge and no surcharge for sorting by employee. Pickup and delivery are included on every account. New accounts start with a card on file that is charged after each order is weighed; established accounts can switch to monthly invoicing with itemized statements. Uniform laundry service: questions & answers
How do you keep each employee’s uniforms separate?
Uniforms are sorted by name tag, locker number or a laundry-safe label we can supply. Each person’s items come back folded in their own bundle inside your delivery bag.
Is this cheaper than a uniform rental company?
For most small teams, yes. Rental charges a weekly fee per garment plus replacement and contract fees; we charge only for the pounds we wash, and you keep the uniforms.
Can you remove grease and grime from shop uniforms?
Yes. Coveralls and kitchen whites go on a heavy-soil degreasing cycle washed separately from polos and scrubs. Set-in stains on older fabric may lighten rather than vanish.
How fast do uniforms come back?
Two business days is standard.
Do you press or iron uniforms?
No. This is a wash-and-fold uniform laundry service; garments come back clean, dried and folded. We do not press, iron or dry-clean.
What if we add or lose staff?
Just send more or fewer uniforms. Your per-pound rate is based on volume bands, so it adjusts with your headcount without a contract change.
