Recurring pickup & delivery
Our driver collects on your schedule, Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Pricing for practices. Our retail rate is $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum. Medical office laundry service accounts are priced below that based on weekly volume and pickup frequency — a two-provider dental office with one weekly pickup and a multi-site PT group with pickups at each location get different rates. Dedicated-load handling is included; there is no sanitizing surcharge. Pickup and delivery are included on every account. New accounts start with a card on file that is charged after each order is weighed; established accounts can switch to monthly invoicing with itemized statements. Is your laundry process appropriate for a medical office?
We wash clinic textiles hot, dry them at high heat and run each account as a dedicated load, never mixed with other customers. Every order is logged with pickup and delivery times. We do not process regulated biohazard, isolation or surgical linens; those need a licensed healthcare laundry.
Are you HIPAA-compliant?
Laundry contains no patient information, so HIPAA does not apply to the textiles themselves. We keep your account details, schedule and order records private and are happy to sign a vendor confidentiality agreement.
Can staff scrubs be returned to each person?
Yes. Scrubs and coats are sorted by name if labeled, or by department, and returned as individual bundles.
How often can you pick up?
One to five days a week, Monday through Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Most practices choose one or two fixed days that fall after their busiest clinic sessions.
Do you use fragrance-free detergent?
Yes, on request. Set it once in your account preferences and every order is washed fragrance- and dye-free for sensitive patients.
What about towels and blankets for a veterinary clinic?
We handle kennel blankets, towels and grooming cloths on a heavy-soil cycle. Items with heavy contamination should be bagged separately and noted at pickup.
