Small and mid-size properties often outgrow an in-house laundry room long before they can justify an industrial plant. Our hotel laundry service fills that gap with a recurring pickup timed to housekeeping’s strip-and-make cycle, a hot wash and full dry for every guest linen, and delivery back to your linen room sorted by item and size so carts can be restocked without re-sorting. You keep your own par stock; we keep it in rotation.
We work with boutique hotels, extended-stay properties, motels, inns and bed-and-breakfasts across Northern Virginia and Montgomery and Prince George’s counties. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, bath and hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, robes and kitchen linens for on-site restaurants are all included on one per-pound rate.

Fill out the short form or call us. We ask about your room count and linen volume, weekly volume and pickup days, then call back within 30 minutes during business hours.
Get your plan & rate
You receive a custom per-pound rate, a recurring pickup schedule and a dedicated account manager. Most accounts are onboarded in under 24 hours.
Recurring pickup & delivery
Our driver collects on your schedule, Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Pricing for properties. Our retail rate is $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum. Hotel laundry service accounts are priced below that based on weekly volume, pickup frequency and room count — a twelve-room inn with two pickups a week and a sixty-room motel with daily pickup get different rates. Established properties move to monthly invoicing with per-pickup weights on the statement. Pickup and delivery are included on every account. New accounts start with a card on file that is charged after each order is weighed; established accounts can switch to monthly invoicing with itemized statements. Hotel laundry service: questions & answers
How much par stock do we need to use an off-site hotel laundry service?
Three par is typical: one set on the bed, one in the linen room and one in transit.
Which days do you pick up?
Routes run Monday through Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Properties with weekend turnover schedule a Friday pickup with extra par and a Monday pickup for the weekend strip.
Do you press sheets or fold them a certain way?
We do not press or iron. Sheets come back washed, dried and folded flat; towels are folded to the standard you set in your account preferences.
How do you keep our linens separate from other customers?
Each property is a dedicated load, tagged from pickup to delivery. Nothing is pooled or swapped — you always get your own linens back.
Do you handle stained or damaged linens?
Common stains are pre-treated. Linens we cannot recover are noted on your order and returned separately so housekeeping can retire them.
Can you bill monthly?
Yes. New accounts start with a card on file charged after each pickup is weighed; established properties move to a consolidated monthly invoice with per-pickup detail.
