How the gym towel cycle works

Fill out the short form or call us. We ask about your towel volume and pickup days, weekly volume and pickup days, then call back within 30 minutes during business hours.

You receive a custom per-pound rate, a recurring pickup schedule and a dedicated account manager. Most accounts are onboarded in under 24 hours.
Recurring pickup & delivery
Our driver collects on your schedule, Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Pricing for fitness studios. Our retail rate is $1.89 per pound with a $35 minimum. Gym towel laundry service accounts are priced below that based on weekly volume and pickup frequency — a yoga studio sending 60 pounds twice a week and a club sending 400 pounds daily get very different rates. Because towels are light, per-pound pricing usually works out to pennies per towel. Pickup and delivery are included on every account. New accounts start with a card on file that is charged after each order is weighed; established accounts can switch to monthly invoicing with itemized statements. Gym towel laundry service: questions & answers
How do you get sweat odor out of gym towels?
Towels are washed hot with a sanitizing detergent and dried fully at high heat, which removes body oils and the bacteria that cause lingering odor. Towels that have been left wet too long may need a second cycle; we flag those in your order.
Which days do you pick up?
Routes run Monday through Saturday between 8 AM and 8 PM. High-volume clubs typically schedule a daily mid-morning pickup; smaller studios choose two or three days a week.
How many towels should we keep in rotation?
Two to three days of usage plus one pickup cycle. For a studio using 150 towels a day with daily pickup, that is roughly 450 towels in rotation.
Do you handle yoga mats or mat towels?
Washable mat towels and props, yes. Solid rubber or PVC mats cannot be machine washed and should be wiped down on site.
Is there a minimum order?
Retail orders have a $35 minimum. Fitness accounts on a custom volume rate have no per-order minimum.
Do you offer weekend pickup?
No. We run Monday through Saturday. Studios with heavy weekend traffic schedule a Friday pickup with extra rotation stock and a Monday pickup for the weekend bin.
