Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the WashPro Laundry Service website or placing a service order. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

WashPro Laundry Service provides laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Service availability is subject to your location, scheduling, and our operational capacity.

2. Orders and Scheduling

Orders may be placed online, by phone, or through our booking form. We will confirm your pickup time within 30 minutes of submission. WashPro reserves the right to reschedule or cancel pickups due to weather, capacity, or other operational factors. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

3. Pricing and Minimum Order

• Wash & Fold: from $1.89/lb with a $35 minimum order
• Same-Day Express: from $2.79/lb, subject to availability
• Comforters & Bedding: from $14.99 per item
• Free pickup and delivery on orders $35 or more. A delivery fee applies to orders below $35.
• Pricing is subject to change. Current pricing is always available on our pricing page.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon delivery. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

5. Care of Garments

WashPro will handle all garments with reasonable care. However, we are not liable for damage to items that result from following standard care label instructions, pre-existing wear, or delicate fabrics not disclosed at the time of pickup. If you have items requiring special handling, please note this when booking.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer compensation up to the fair market value of the item, not to exceed $50 per item unless a higher value was declared in advance and agreed upon in writing.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a $5 cancellation fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WashPro’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
