Do I have to be home for pickup?
No. Many customers leave their bag outside the front door, on a porch, or in the lobby. Just include instructions when you book and our driver will follow them.
When is pickup and delivery free?
Free on orders $35 or more. Most customers hit this easily with one regular laundry batch. Orders below $35 are still welcome with a small delivery fee.
How long does pickup and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is next-day delivery. Same-day service is available if you book by 10 AM — call to confirm availability.
