Our Story
Born out of a simple frustration with laundry.
WashPro started when our founders — busy DC professionals themselves — realized there was no reliable, convenient laundry service built for people who actually live in the city. Laundromats were inconvenient. Home machines weren’t big enough. And the few services that existed were inconsistent and impersonal.
So they built WashPro: a service where your preferences are actually remembered, pickups happen when they’re supposed to, and every order comes back exactly the way you want it — or better.
